No sun exposure 2 weeks before or after your appointment.

No previous work on the area to be worked on. (only exception is for corrections and removals, please email Mandi directly)

I consent to video & photos used of myself.

There will be a non-refundable $100 deposit to secure all appointments. The deposit will come off of the total modeling fee.
